Cooperation

The project team includes representatives from each partner university, with Dr. Carmen Leicht-Scholten, head of Integration Team - Human Resources, Gender and Diversity Management at RWTH Aachen, acting as chair of the project. Project team members take turns hosting the meetings to coordinate and implement the project. During the realisation of the mentoring scheme, meetings took place every three months to ensure a close supervision of the programme.

Project members of TANDEMplusIDEA have been invited to join the European Union’s Working Group “Women in Science & Technology” (WiST).
